What used to be expected only by friends and family as holiday treats has grown into a year round business from Carolina Brittle in Charlotte, North Carolina. Every winter when the cold winter winds started blowing, brittle making began with a special family peanut brittle recipe. No other recipe came close to it's delicious flavor and light airy texture.
